We are providing a 28 passenger limo bus for our guests! To reception- Pick up from Chula Vista's hotel main lobby (#7 on map above) and bring to Swan Barn Door. The hotel main lobby is a little confusing to get to from the room block rooms (at least we were confused when we walked it). When you check in that will be the lobby you need to get back to for the shuttle. If you are staying in a condo, you will have to walk outside to get to the lobby. The condo's lobby is different and a separate hotel chunk. Times of arrival at Chula Vista: 4:00PM 4:20PM 4:40PM 5:00PM 5:20PM Last call to reception From reception- The bus will drop guests back off at Chula Vista's main lobby. Times of arrival at Swan Barn: 8:00PM 8:30PM 9:00PM 9:30PM 10:00PM 10:30PM 11:00PM 11:30PM 12:00 AM Last call back to Chula

You must call to book our room block. THE ROOM BLOCK RATE IS NOT CONSIDERED AFTER OCTOBER 14TH. The room block is also "released" so bookings can only be made based on hotel availability. Book early to ensure a room and at the room block rate. $129.99 for the double Queen room $249.99 for the 2 bedroom condo Plus tax and resort fee. There is a 25$ resort fee on top of the room price. Resort fees will occur at majority of the hotels in the dells due to the pools and waterparks within the hotels. You can arrive as early as 12:00pm and use the resort as needed however room readiness is not guaranteed until 4:00pm. Check in time- 4:00PM call the day before to inquire about the possibility of checking in early. Check out time- 10:30 AM Cancellations need to be received 72 hours prior to 4:00 pm on the date of arrival for a deposit refund less a $ 30 processing fee. If you cancel less than 72 hours prior to arrival, the entire deposit will be forfeited. **IMPORTANT- if you are going to want transportation to and from the reception, this is the only hotel we are providing it to!***
