2:00 pm - 2:30 pm
We will have shuttles leaving the Stateside hotel at 2:00pm and 2:30pm for the venue. There is parking at the venue, but if you choose to ride the shuttles, there will be transportation back to the hotels in the evening. Starting at 8:00pm, there will be a shuttle running until 11:00pm. Ride in style in a Ford Transit 14 Passenger Shuttle vehicle, and be the talk of the wedding.
3:30 pm - 4:15 pm
Cocktail Attire: Please consider this event will be outdoors and partially on grass when choosing an outfit.
We are planning on a 3:30pm start time to the event. The ceremony will take place in the upper field at Windy River Farm. Please plan on arriving to the venue no later than 3:00pm. We will not be allowing late guests access up to the field after 3:15pm. Jay Peak shuttle busses will carry guests to and from the upper field.
4:30 pm - 11:00 pm
Celebrate our marriage until the cows come home (so long as the cows arrive no later than 11:00pm)! We will have a cocktail hour immediately after the reception with light fare and drinks provided in the Cocktail Barn. It will be in the open air, so shawls and jackets may be recommended depending on the weather. After the cocktail hour, we will move to the main barn where there will be bar service and dinner served soon after. Please keep drinks off of the dancefloor and if you would like to smoke, please do so in the dedicated smoking area.
