Chris and Hunter knew each other in high school but became friends after joining a roommate group at UGA. Hunter and Chris went on to live together for two years in college and two years in Atlanta. Chris still lives in Atlanta only a few blocks from their old apartment.

Rachel and Sam met as freshmen in college, and quickly grew close. Sleepovers in Rachel's dorm turned to living down the hall from each other in the Chi Omega sorority house, and then they were lucky to become roommates for their junior and senior years.

Similar to Chris, Hunter knew Daniel throughout middle school and high school but didn’t become friends until rooming together freshman year of college. Daniel and Hunter ended up joining the same fraternity at UGA and lived together in Athens for three years.
Sallie Smith

Sallie and Sam met on Chi Omega's bid day at the start of their freshman year of college. Over their four years in Athens, so many of the two's memories include each other as they built on their friendship (now even from nearly 400 miles away).
Nathan Jung

Nathan and Hunter met in high school but started to become friends when Nathan would come visit Daniel at UGA during Hunter’s freshman year. Nathan ended up going to UGA and joining the same fraternity as Hunter where he chose Hunter as his big brother.
London Hovis

London and Sam met in Athens before classes had started at the University of Georgia through a mutual friend. They went on to join the same sorority, and quickly their friendship started to grow. Now, Sam lives in London's hometown - what a small world.
Will Kohlins

Will and Hunter have been close friends since playing elementary school football. Will and Hunter have maintained their friendship since 5th grade, traveled to Europe together, lived together at UGA, and Hunter had the honor of being one of Will’s groomsmen last summer.
Caroline Keating

Caroline and Sam went to school together growing up, but they really became close in high school. While they went to rival schools for college (Go Dawgs!), they got to see each other often thanks to Caroline's trips to visit her boyfriend, who attended UGA (and was in Hunter's fraternity).
Hunter Pedersen

Both Hunters have been friends since high school, but really became close at UGA. Hunter Pedersen and Hunter Townsend lived together at UGA for two years and spent time together in Atlanta post-graduation. Hunter now lives in West Palm Beach.
Erin Walker

Sam and Erin first met while working on UGA's radio news program. It wasn't until they both coincidentally started working at the same station in South Carolina, however, that their friendship really began. They're currently taking the term "work bestie" pretty seriously, now working together again in Tennessee.
Brandt Schimmelpfennig

Hunter and Brandt grew up playing football with each other, but really became close senior year of high school while working at Olde Atlanta Golf Club together. Despite Brandt going to the University of Tennessee, the two saw each other frequently on visits to Athens and Knoxville throughout college.
Lauren Hefti

As Hunter's older sister, Lauren was a key player in many stories that he told Sam as they were getting to know each other early in their relationship. As Hunter and Sam's relationship grew, so did Sam's with Lauren. From Lauren's college graduation to engagement to marriage and not only one but two beautiful babies, Sam's loved getting to learn from and grow with Lauren over the years.
Adam Hefti

Hunter met Adam at the University of North Carolina as he was just starting to date Hunter's older sister, Lauren. Adam has been a spiritual mentor, a trusted friend, and even more than a brother-in-law to Hunter since marrying Lauren. Hunter had the honor of being in Adam’s groomsmen party and is thrilled to have roles reversed now. Adam now lives in Atlanta with Lauren and their two boys, Luke and Eli.
Catherine Townsend

Practically as soon as Hunter and Sam started dating, she heard about his little sister. It wasn't long before the two met in person when Sam was a sophomore in college and Catherine was in high school. Over the years, Sam's had the pleasure of watching Catherine accomplish so many milestones: high school graduation, four years at Georgia Tech, and now PA school in Augusta.
Calvin Perez

The brother of the bride, Calvin and Hunter met in 2019 in Asheville, North Carolina. Focused on making a good impression with the parents, it did not dawn on Hunter that he was having lunch with his future brother-in-law. Hunter and Calvin have become friends through Hunter’s visits to Kentucky, Perez family vacations, and camping trips. Calvin now attends the University of Kentucky and Hunter looks forward to fostering their friendship as they join families.
