The airport is about 15 minutes from downtown Lexington and approximately 20 minutes from our wedding venue.
Hotel
As our preferred hotel, the Hilton is offering a room block for $159. For guests interested in arriving before Friday or leaving after Sunday, the Hilton will still honor the block rate for the additional days. Use the booking link to reserve the nights within the block and then call Hilton's reservations coordinator, Bryna, to add nights before or after (based on availability). Alternatively, you can call Bryna directly to book your full stay using the group block code. Bryna's direct line is (859) 281-3784. The final day to book using the room block is Wednesday, May 20, 2026. Shuttle service to the wedding venue will pick up from this hotel.

Travel Note
The Hilton offers a complimentary airport shuttle. When you arrive at the airport, call 859-231-9000 and select option 4 as you head towards baggage claim to request a pick up.
Hotel
This hotel is a 5 minute drive from downtown Lexington and about 17 minutes from the wedding venue. Shuttle service will not pick up from this location, but you're welcome to use the shuttle that picks up from the Hilton downtown.
Travel Note
There are plenty of other hotels or properties available to rent on Airbnb and Vrbo. The best places to look for a property are likely in or around downtown Lexington.
Shuttle

A Wombles shuttle will pick up from the Hilton in downtown Lexington and transport guests to the venue. Buses will depart from the Hilton at 4:45 p.m. Buses will transport guests back to the Hilton from the wedding venue every hour starting at 9 p.m. The final shuttle will depart back to the Hilton just after 11 p.m. The hotel address is 369 W Vine St, Lexington, KY 40507. You do not need to stay at the hotel as a guest in order to take the shuttle to or from the wedding venue, but you will need to meet the shuttle outside the Hilton.
Travel Note
For easy access to the Distillery District and the Warehouse Block, you can use the LexRide Circulator that runs from 4 p.m. to midnight. Tickets are $1 each way.
