Please join us for a late lunch of delicious Hawaiian BBQ and drinks for everyone at one of our favorite places to play and explore in our North Portland Neighborhood! The picnic area is mostly shaded, so please dress in your best garden attire - something fun, colorful, comfortable or what makes you feel your best! Weddings can be a blur - we wanted to be intentional about spending time with our favorite people; so we look forward to the opportunity to gather, celebrate, and build excitement as we lead into the evening for our sunset ceremony! We understand that timing is everything - so please know the welcome picnic is optional! We'd love for you to join us! While our venue is only about 10 minutes away, we appreciate your understanding as we get ready for our big moment. If you'd like to explore North Portland between the picnic and ceremony, we've included some of our favorite options on the FAQ page. Please note - we will only have appetizers and desserts at the ceremony.
Cocktails and Ceremony

The welcome picnic location is about 3 miles (10 minute drive) from our personal venue. We can't wait for you all to enjoy our new home and yard while we get ready for the ceremony in the garden. We will have charcuterie and cocktails until the ceremony starts at 7:15pm. Please note our ceremony will be standing room only with limited seating. You are more than welcome to wear what you wore to our Welcome Picnic, or if you'd like to spruce it up - feel free! Your presence is what's important to us!
Dance and Dessert
7:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Join us for our first sweet treats as newlyweds before we dance the night away. We'll hold space for toasts, photos & more as we capture this once-in-a-lifetime moment. Catch up with friends old and new around the campfire, enjoy reminiscing down memory lane, and help yourselves to refreshments then join us on the dance floor. Stay with us for a special send-off moment as the night comes to a close at 10pm.
