Our cruise will depart from Port Canaveral visiting Nassau and Castaway Cay. Below are some things you can do at each location!

Nassau: Atlantis Resort and Casino

This resort features the AquaVenture water park, world class Casino, 11 pools, the largest open-air marine habitat, a golf course and more. The AquaVenture water park is complete with water slides, an artificial river with rapids and waves, river tubing, walk-in aquarium and more. More than 250 marine species fill 8 million gallons of ocean water in 14 lagoons, where visitors can swim with the dolphins, hang out with sea lions, pet stingrays, or ride a waterslide through a shark habitat. For ultimate relaxation, sunbath at one of the resort’s many white-sand beaches, the lagoon or around the pool areas.

Nassau: Blue Lagoon

Blue Lagoon Island has everything you would expect from a private tropical island, from swaying palm trees, white sandy beaches, and gin clear waters to lush natural vegetation, bright tropical birds, and colorful coral reefs. Visitors can snorkel, scuba-dive, water-ski, fish, and interact with dolphins and sea lions in an all-natural ocean habitat.

Nassau: Famous Straw Market

Bahamians have been selling local handicrafts to Nassau visitors for hundreds of years. These days, it's much more than baskets for sale. You’ll also find t-shirts, wood carvings, beaded necklaces, and every type of island-themed souvenir imaginable.

Nassau: Ardastra Gardens and Wildlife Conservation Center

The Ardastra Gardens is home to a collection of endangered land animals and features the Bahamas' national bird, the beautiful and exotic Caribbean Flamingo. You will see monkeys, flamingos, snakes, lorikeets and other tropical animals. Participate in the Flamingo Experience, hand-feed colorful and playful South Pacific Lory Parrots and have numerous photographic opportunities.

Nassau: Graycliff Chocolatier: Chocolate Making and Factory Tour

Learn the process of making chocolate from the bean to the final product, tour the factory, see a demonstration of grinding and roasting of cacao beans, mixing the liquid chocolate, filling the chocolate molds and even make your own. You'll sample a variety of chocolates from white, milk and various levels of dark chocolate. Leave with a souvenir of your own creations carefully packaged in a Graycliff Chocolatier box.

Nassau: Historic Walking Tour

Discover spectacular lookouts or learn about the pirates that once gained control of this land. Some locations you may visit include: Fort Charlotte - Built between 1787 and 1789, the largest fort in Nassau and features a dry moat, draw-bridge, ramparts and dungeons. Parliament Square - Built in 1815 and modeled on buildings from the old capital of North Carolina, take a stroll around Parliament Square and examine the impressive statue of Queen Victoria at its center. The Queen’s Staircase - “The 66 Steps” leading up to Fort Fincastle, a lookout post for marauders who would try to sneak into the harbor, is the best place to enjoy marvelous views of the ocean and harbor. Pirates of Nassau Museum - Nassau was a notorious pirate haven in the early 18th century, and the museum transport you back to the year 1716, the heyday of the Republic of Pirates featuring a stowed cannon, swinging hammocks, and models of pirates going about their daily business.

Castaway Cay: Stingray Adventure

Feel the rush as a stingray takes food right from the palm of your hand, and even pet them as they swim by! Immerse yourself in a wondrous adventure where you can feed, touch and snorkel among real-live stingrays. Head out further into the lagoon for self-guided snorkeling among more than 60 rays who call Castaway Cay home.

Castaway Cay: Snorkel Lagoon

Snorkel in the Bahamian blue amid tropical fish and Caribbean marine life at the island’s 22-acre snorkeling lagoon. Explore the calm, crystal-clear lagoon brimming with exotic sea life and sunken treasures waiting to be discovered. Make sure to keep your eyes peeled for hidden underwater surprises as you snorkel further out into the lagoon.

Castaway Cay: Sandbar Beach Adventure

Take off on an exhilarating ride across the Bahamian waters to a charming, deserted sandbar. Swim, explore and sunbathe while hearing the history of the islands. Engage your imagination with local stories told by your captain and crew and even enjoy a sample of Bahamian distilled rums.

Castaway Cay: Bike Rentals

Pedal along meandering pathways on the majestic tropical island of Castaway Cay. Discover myriad hidden treasures, traverse tropical terrain and winding offshore paths at your own leisure. Ride along the airstrip and turn off the road at one of 2 nature trails. Climb the observation tower for a breathtaking view of the island.

Castaway Cay: Inner Tube Rentals

Move with the motion of the ocean as you bounce, bob and sway atop the gentle waves of the crystal-clear waters in a cozy float or inner tube. Bask in the sun or bathe in the sea and enjoy the tropical view that surrounds you.

Port Canaveral: Kennedy Space Center

Get an in-depth look at this working space facility on a guided tour through the space shuttle program, from launch preparation to liftoff. Stop at the space shuttle launch and get a close-up view of the enormous Vehicle Assembly Building where the space shuttle was assembled and prepped for launch. Enter the Apollo/Saturn V Center for an inspirational and exhilarating look into mankind's quest to land on the moon. You'll relive the historic launch of Apollo 8 at the Firing Room Theater, marvel at a monstrous 363-foot Saturn V moon rocket and witness the harrowing final moments before man landed on the moon. See actual decommissioned rockets and explore a full-size replica of the Space Shuttle. And if you are up to it try The Shuttle Launch Experience, a one-of-a-kind simulator that replicates the sights, sounds and feelings of a shuttle launch.
