Question

When should I book my cruise?

Answer

NOW! The earlier you book the more you save. We are using Mickey World Travel and STRONGLY recommend that you book with them as well. They will be able to book for you so you don’t have to do it yourself. If you are uncertain you will be able to join us when the cruise dates are first released, you will still be able to book up until the sail date as long as the cruise is not sold out. Book as soon as you feel comfortable with the decision, but know that the pricing can go up as the room categories fill up.

Question

So, when's the big day?

Answer

We are getting married on February 16, 2022.

Question

Where are you getting married?

Answer

Grab your sunscreen because we will be setting sail on the high seas with Disney Cruise Line. Our wedding cruise will sail out of Florida and visit Nassau, home of the Atlantis Resort, as well as Castaway Cay. We will be getting married inside the ship in the Atrium so get your dress clothes ready because it will be an elegant and breathtaking site to see.

Question

How long is the cruise?

Answer

We are booked on a 4 night cruise sailing out of Port Canaveral, Florida.

Question

How much does the cruise cost?

Answer

The short answer? It depends. There are a lot of factors that go into the cost of a stateroom. The cost is not by person, but by stateroom. The prices we will list below is based off opening day cruises from https://disneycruise.disney.go.com. This is a ROUGH total estimate for TWO GUESTS with taxes and fees included. • Inside Cabin: No windows, but may feature a Virtual LED Porthole. Sleeps 3-4 guests. • Around $2,000 for 2 guests • Ocean View: One or two portholes to the outside. Sleeps 3-5 guests. • Around $2,100 for 2 guests • Verandah: Balcony included. Sleeps 4-5 guests. • Around $2,300 for 2 guests Adding a 3rd, 4th, or 5th guest will increase the price depending on room category, availability, age of guest, and more. For more information or to compare costs please visit https://disneycruise.disney.go.com

Question

When do I have to pay by?

Answer

When you initially book you will need to put a deposit of 20% of your total cruise cost down. After that you can pay whenever you want (monthly, every other month, larger sums, whatever). The whole cruise must be paid in full 90 days before the sail date.

Question

What other costs are not included?

Answer

In addition to the cost of the cruise listed above, guests should also factor in the cost of airfare to/from Orlando International Airport (MCO). Also, the transportation from the airport to the Disney cruise line is $37 per person each way or $70 per person roundtrip. Once onboard, the extra costs can include but are not limited to port adventures/shore excursions, gratuities, alcoholic beverages, spa treatments, specialty dining/snacks, souvenirs, ground transfers, internet and photos.

Question

I’ve never been on a cruise. Can you tell me more?

Answer

From the moment you step on board to your last wave goodbye, your vacation includes almost everything you and your family could hope for—and much more. Disney's signature service, attention to detail and rich storytelling are some of the reasons why Disney cruises are voted among the best at sea. A Disney cruise brings families and friends together to create long-lasting memories with original, Broadway caliber musicals, dazzling deck parties, character meet-n-greets, incredible destinations like Castaway Cay, Disney’s private island, and so much more.

Question

Why should I go on a cruise?

Answer

On a cruise, you unpack once and your floating hotel takes you from island to island. The price will include your stateroom, all meals, entrance to the live shows and entertainment, use of the pools and fitness center, and more. Cruise ships are like floating cities with everything you could possibly want onboard including Wi-Fi, cell service and satellite TV so you can stay connected with the real world (if you even want to). If you love to meet people from around the country, or the world, cruising provides a wonderful opportunity to make new friends. After a day full of events and entertainment imagine yourself lounging on the top deck, cocktail in hand, gliding effortlessly through panoramic ocean views and watching the sun slowly fade in the distance. There are so many amazing opportunities awaiting you on a Disney cruise, but we think the best one is joining us as we tie the knot. So please consider joining us as we embark on our happily ever after together!

Question

What is there to do for kids? What about the adults?

Answer

For families, the pool deck is always the place to be. Featuring refreshing pools, whimsical aqua play area and the incredibly popular AquaDuck, an exhilarating waterslide that takes riders on a wet and wild journey up, down, around, and off the side of the ship. Disney Imagineers also didn’t hold back with their imaginative Youth Clubs. Kids play in themed clubs for every age, staffed by specially trained Disney counselors. Escape to exclusive adult only locations and experiences like exciting nightlife, intimate dining and luxurious spa treatments. Indulge in dancing, live music, variety shows, karaoke and more at captivating nightclubs, or retreat to the Quiet Cove Pool area, an expansive onboard oasis featuring adult-exclusive swimming, whirlpool spas and a tranquil wading pool, for a mix of relaxation and refreshments. A visit Senses Spa provides relaxation through high-end spa and beauty treatments to experience pure bliss amid a tranquil ocean-view setting onboard the ship.

Question

How's the food?

Answer

Savor a wide variety of dining from restaurants, buffets, poolside snacks and room service that will be sure to satisfy even the pickiest of palates thanks to fresh, expertly prepared dishes available 24 hours a day.

Question

Will I get sea sick?

Answer

With state-of-the-art stabilizers keeping the ship on an even keel at all times, it’s less likely you’ll experience sea sickness at any time while you’re cruising. To help here are plenty of remedies and preventive measueres that you can use. Also cabin placement can play a role in how you feel during your vacation. Choosing a cabin in the center of the ship can help minimize any motion you may feel.

Question

Do I need a passport?

Answer

You will need to provide a Passport or equivalent (Passport Card) or you can provide the original or copy of their state-issued birth certificate AND Government-issued photo ID. Children 15 years of age and younger are required to present one of the documents listed above, but do not need to present a Government-issued photo ID. This information will need to be provided to Disney Cruise Line at least 75 days prior to sailing.
