FAQs

Question

Can I Sleep over at Bethels?

Answer

If you are going to be spending the night at Bethels, you MUST let Sam and Chris know by December 17th. This gives us enough time to make sure anyone that wants a bed will have one.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held at a beautiful historic church, built in 1854. Because parking is extremely limited, we strongly encourage all guests to take the provided shuttle—it’s the easiest and safest option, especially with winter weather. If you’re not able to take the shuttle, please try to carpool to help reduce the number of vehicles. Thank you for helping us keep everything running smoothly!

Question

Where do I go if I want to take the Shuttle to Otter Creek?

Answer

If you're taking the shuttle to Otter Creek for the ceremony—thank you! Please arrive at Bethel Horizons Camp and Retreat Center and park in the designated parking area. It takes approximately 20 minutes to get from the reception area back to the church. Everyone who takes the shuttle to the church will have a shuttle available for the return trip after the ceremony. Since your car will already be parked at Bethel Horizons, you'll be free to leave at any time after the reception.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please have all RSVP information in by November 10th, 2025. This will ensure we have a spot and dinner for you!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest friends and family! Due to limited space at our venue, we’re unfortunately unable to extend plus ones. We hope you understand and can’t wait to see you

Question

Kiddos

Answer

Please join us for an evening of celebration reserved for adults. While we cherish your children, our venue can only accommodate little ones from immediate family. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dressy jumpsuits or cocktail dresses paired with cozy layers like tights, coats, or wraps work well. For men, dark suits or slacks with jackets are appropriate. Choose outfits that let you look great without sacrificing warmth or comfort.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00 PM. We kindly ask guests to arrive 15–20 minutes early to allow plenty of time for parking, seating, and to settle in comfortably before the celebration begins.
