Plan to be seated by 4:15pm. The ceremony will promptly begin at 4:30pm. Anyone who is late will be left to sit outside in the cocktail hour area till 5pm.
Business casual is recommend, please no jeans. We would love to see your bright, fun colors! Don't be afraid to be bold!
The wedding/reception is inside and will have central air! There is an outdoor patio area that our guests will be permitted to go to. However, please note that smoking is not permitted on the patio.
No please! We are having an unplugged ceremony and ask that you do not take pictures or videos during the ceremony. It helps our photographer and videographer get the best shots possible without interference. You may take as many photos as you like once the reception begins. Lastly, we ask is that our guests refrain from posting pictures with us until we, the bride and groom, post our first post as Mr. and Mrs. Yutkowitz.
Our venue has a lot of parking in its main lot. Also within that lot is a sign pointing to overflow/event parking.
Short answer is, please stay home and quarantine! We have immunocompromised loved ones that would be at risk if you showed up ill. Please stay home out of respect to these individuals. But, if you are on the mend by the wedding, please take pre-caution and test yourself for COVID-19 or the flu. Please only come to the wedding under the following guidelines: you tested negative for COVID-19 or the flu and if you are not symptomatic this includes but not limited to the following: sore throat, coughing, runny nose, post-nasal drip, congestion, sneezing, fever, body aches, etc. Please email us with any questions regarding this matter.
