Are there any COVID-19 precautions in place for the event?

Yes. We are requesting your assistance with (2) requirements to ensure the health and safety of all guests. #1 Big Bear Cafe is requiring vaccination for all event guests. Please submit a copy of your vaccine card to celottowedding@gmail.com by Monday, Sept 20th. You are welcome to cover any sensitive information if you prefer, but please make sure we can tell it is you! #2 We would like to add an additional layer of precaution and confidence and request that each guest provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test within a 72-hour window of the wedding.

How do I get a COVID-19 test within a 72-hour window of the wedding?

Answer

We strongly recommend scheduling a testing appointment in advance to ensure you have access to a free and convenient test. You can make an appointment at pharmacies, such as CVS, or at your local doctor's office. We recommend either a standard PCR (results within 1-2 days) or a rapid PCR (now offered at CVS and other locations and provides results within hours). Once you have your results, please email this documentation to celottowedding@gmail.com within 72 hours of the wedding.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

If you are not staying within walking distance of the venue, we suggest arriving by Lyft/Uber/Via/Revel/Jump/Bird/Skip/Lime/Capital Bikeshare or taxi. If you are planning to drive, please arrive early enough to ensure you are able to find street parking in the neighborhood, as this may be a challenge.
