When and where is the wedding?

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for parking and seating.

What should I wear?

Answer

We’d love for everyone to dress in something you’d feel good celebrating in! Keep in mind that the venue has gravel pathways, uneven terrain, and grass areas, so we recommend choosing footwear accordingly.

Is the ceremony and reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be outdoors. Julian evenings can be chilly, so we suggest bringing a light jacket or shawl.

Answer

Sacred Mountain Julian is located at 2323 Farmer Rd, Julian, CA 92036. There is free on-site parking, and carts will be available to transport guests from the parking area to the ceremony site.

The closest major airport is San Diego International Airport (SAN), which is about 1 hour and 15 minutes from Julian.

Is transportation like Uber or Lyft available in the area?

Answer

Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are limited in Julian and may not be available on-demand. If you plan to use these services, we highly recommend scheduling a ride in advance. Otherwise, consider arranging a rental car, carpooling, or booking a local taxi service.

We kindly request an unplugged ceremony, meaning no phones or cameras, so everyone can be present in the moment. However, we encourage you to take photos during the reception, and we’ll provide a space where you can share them with us afterward!

Answer

Julian in mid-May typically has pleasant daytime temperatures ranging from 68°F to 74°F and cooler evenings between 40°F and 44°F. We suggest dressing in layers to stay comfortable throughout the day.
