Arbia and Amanda met in biology class as freshmen in high school. Their shared love of science, briyani, and all things hilarious has fostered a friendship that has remained unshakable over the years. Amanda spent almost every day after school at Arbia's house and some of her favorite memories of high school happened with her family. They even traveled the world together when they visited Arbia's home country of Pakistan in 2015. Her loyalty, honesty, kindness, quick wit, huge heart, and AMAZING sense of humor make Arbia an absolute gem and a blessing to call our friend.
Russell Miller
Best Man
Russell is Sam's older and favorite brother. Some say it is unfair to call him the favorite brother since he is Sam's only brother, but he could have earned the title of least favorite brother so there's that. Even though Russ and Sam have completely opposite personalities, they can always agree that Space Jam is a timeless film that can be enjoyed regardless of how many dozen times you've seen in on family road trips. Russell is married to his beautiful wife Meg who is also thankfully helping us with the wedding coordination, and we love both of them immensely!
Sherrill Mohan

Sherrill and I met under hilarious and unusual circumstances, and I knew instantly that we would be friends. We share so much in common, like our mutual love of Blue October, 90s music, line dancing, Tito's, and crawfish. Not only is she ridiculously fun, she is one of the kindest, most nonjudgmental, supportive people I have ever met. If I am ever down, this girl knows how to make me laugh every time. Sherrill is the life of the party - if you need to find her at the wedding, just check the dance floor!

Matt, John & Justin - Sam's other favorite "brothers". Matt and Sam have been friends since high school. If a week goes by without them getting together to play video games online, it is usually because they're in town visiting each other...likely hanging out playing video games. Which is probably good because every time they play real games together Sam gets hurt. (Thanks for dislocating my shoulder Matt <3 ).

Though Cait is technically Sam's sister, she and Amanda are sisters through and through. Despite the distance, she remains one of Amanda's closest friends. Cait always comes through; her love and support never waver. There is so much to admire about her, like her excellent taste in music, endless creativity, affinity for all things aesthetic, and ability to craft a perfect Moscow Mule, just to name a few! Amanda couldn't have asked for a better (or more fun!) sister-in-law, friend, and bridesmaid!
John Day

Matt, John & Justin - Sam's other favorite "brothers". John and Sam met through Matt and have been friends since high school. It's not hard to become friends with someone in high school who says they want to become a drug dealer when they grow up (John actually is a pharmacist). When we aren't talking about sports, John is always trying to start a game of Sheepshead (cards). Now that I think of it, putting those two statements together–dealing drugs and running card games–I'm not entirely convinced now that John actually isn't a member of the mob...

Jess is Sam's cousin on his mom's side. Her sense of adventure, huge heart, and ability to love everyone never cease to amaze those lucky enough to meet her. Jess would do anything for the people she loves. She always makes a point to show others how much they mean to her. Her travels have brought her all over the United States, and her kindness has earned her friendship literally all around the world.
Justin McCauley

Matt, John & Justin - Sam's other favorite "brothers". Justin is Sam's oldest friend since high school. Some may think the friendship is an odd pairing at first–Justin a man of so few words and Sam so many–but sharing the same interests is how they became best friends by being on different sides of the same coin. As they've grown older, that has really benefited them, especially in their taste for whiskey: Justin prefers scotch and Sam bourbon, so neither has to worry about finishing the other's favorite bottle.

Adri became my first sister-in-law when she married my older brother Paul. She was the perfect addition to our family and the perfect match for my brother. Some of my favorite things about her are how easygoing she is and her awesome sense of humor. Her constant support, selflessness, and love of music and dancing make her the perfect bridesmaid!

Paul, Brandon & Damian - Sam's favorite brothers-in-law. Paul is Amanda's oldest brother. He is incredibly giving, generous, and kind. He would literally give the shirt from his back to a stranger in need. In addition to being the world's best listener, he always - always - makes time for his family and friends. He has the strongest meme game and an even stronger sense of humor. He loves computers, hiking, camping, and his beautiful wife Adri.

Kristen and my brother Brandon met at A&M in 2017 and have been together since. I have never seen someone dedicate themselves so wholeheartedly to their goals as Kristen has. She is steadfast, relentless, and a true force of nature. She is an absolute blast to be around and a true sweetheart!

Paul, Brandon & Damian - Sam's favorite brothers-in-law. Brandon is Amanda's younger brother. He is a very proud Aggie - gig 'em - and isn't afraid to let anyone know it. Despite the physical distance between him and his family, he always makes the effort to be there whenever he is needed. Funny story - he met Sam before Amanda during an autocross event in College Station and they didn't figure it out until quite some time later. He has an avid love for cars, his dogs, Texas A&M, and his family.

Amber has been a part of the family since 2015 when she and my brother Damian started dating. I am always impressed by her sense of creativity and kindness. One of my favorite things about Amber is her laughter; it always comes easily and is infectious!

Paul, Brandon & Damian - Sam's favorite brothers-in-law. Damian is Amanda's youngest brother. He is an avid fisherman, outdoorsman, lineman, and beerman. If you spend any amount of time around him, you will find that he is absolutely hilarious. The wildcard of the family, you never know which Damian you're going to get, but he is always funny, sweet, and a genuine blast to be around.
