We'd love to see our friends and family get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is formal attire. Ladies can wear floor-length, tea-length, or midi formal dresses. If it’s convenient for you, floral and spring-toned dresses are encouraged. Gentlemen can wear a suit and tie. No jeans or khakis please!
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of family. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!
Weather pending, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside with views of Lake Nagawicka right outside of The Commodore! However, the reception will be indoors.
Yes! We have a full bar supplying unlimited drinks all night long!
Arriving to the venue 20-30 minutes early is a great idea to be sure you're able to find the venue, get parking, and settle in before it begins.
Yes! There is plenty of parking at the venue! However, we will have coach buses stopping at each hotel that we have a block with and dropping guests off at the venue. We will also have a coach bus picking up guests from the venue to drop back off at hotels at the end of the night. Parking overnight is not allowed at the Commodore so please use the buses if you are concerned about driving at the of the reception.
1st loop: 2:45pm at Hilton Garden Inn 2:55pm at TownePlace Suites 3:10pm at Holiday Inn With drop off at 3:25 at venue! 2nd loop: 3:45pm at Hilton Garden Inn 3:55pm at TownePlace Suites 4:10pm at Holiday Inn Drop-off at venue at 4:19. Please be ready 10 minutes prior to pick-up time so that the coach bus can depart on time in order to make it to the venue with plenty of time. Thank you! Pick up from venue starting at 9 pm through the rest of the evening. Each lap takes 30-40 minutes. Announcements will be made for shuttle times.
