SHUTTLE TIMES: Departs Quality Inn Oneonta at 2:45pm Departs Holiday Inn Express at 3:00pm Departs Courtyard Marriott at 3:15pm Departs venue for hotels at 11:00pm The shuttle will not wait for all guests to board and will depart at the scheduled time. ——— We will have a shuttle bus available for our guests to transport them from the three hotels to the wedding venue on May 24, and return guests to the hotels after the end of the wedding that night. Please indicate in your RSVP response if you intend to take the shuttle so we save you a seat!

Hotel rooms will fill up quickly due to the volume of visitors to Cooperstown during the summer baseball season and the holiday weekend. Please book your lodging quickly. All room blocks will be released 45 days before the wedding (April 8). Prices and availability will not be guaranteed after that date. AirBnBs and home rentals are a great alternative to hotels, but those options will also book up quickly and increase in price the sooner it gets to baseball season.
