Sam and Glen (aka as GD) have been best friends for over 12 years. They have traveled the US together on many "Parrot Flock" birding trips and enjoy long walks on the beach, birding, playing video games, and cooking together. The bromance is real with these two.

Emily and Brittany became fast friends one summer working together on the beach nesting bird project. Roommates for a short time and now gal pals for a lifetime. Brittany and Sam also have a special bond in which she fondly refers to him as, "Pa".
Tom Johnson

Tom and Sam spend most of their days bonding over birds. Both members of the elite "Parrot Flock" birding group, they have traveled extensively together photographing birds, enjoying the local fare, and sipping on a cocktail or two.
Michelle Stantial

Michelle and Emily met in 2010 while working together in the Gulf of Mexico. Over the last eight years, they've spent almost every summer working together to protect and conserve beach nesting birds. In that time, they have supported each other through all of life's ups and downs - professionally and personally.
Sam Wilson
Groomsman
Sam Squared spent many nights mothing at 1200 Randolph Street. The two Sam's met in Cape May, became fast friends over all things nature-oriented, and became roommates. Sam - also a member of the "Parrot Flock" - now spends his summers in Alaska and travels the world the rest of the year.
Kashi Davis

Kashi and Emily have been working together for over eleven years. Not only is she a mentor to Emily, but she's become a close friend and confidant. Many miles have been walked at lunch and they're still trying to tackle New Jersey's beach nesting bird project problems together!
Joel Holloway

Joel joined the Heiser Clan in Fall of 2017. Sam and Joel quickly bonded over their love of food, good beer, and the Heiser ladies.
Ryan Becker
Bridesman
Ryan is more than a friend - he's a big brother to Emily. They were essentially raised together. Many days were spent painting fences with water, going to the Philadelphia Zoo, listening and choreographing Mariah Carey music videos, and torturing one another in some annoying fashion. Ryan now lives in foggy London-town and we're so honored he made the trip back for us!

Justin and Emily have been friends literally their whole lives. Their moms were pregnant together and they grew up being passed across the fence to play in each other's yards. From sandboxes to Disney movies and everything in between, Justin and Emily are siblings. It's an honor to have Justin unite us as a couple and share in this day with us.
