When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by September 1, 2025 so we can get an accurate head count!

Is the wedding inside or outside?

Answer

Well, it's kind of both. The ceremony will be outside on the beach (weather permitting) at 4:30pm, and the cocktail hour/reception will be inside the Flanders Hotel ballroom.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love all of the children in our life, we politely request no children. We ask that you please make accommodations so that all of our guests have the opportunity to let their hair down, have a good time, and enjoy the night to the best of their ability without having to worry about little eyes and ears. The names listed on the invitation you receive are who is invited.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We request that you dress your best! Please aim for a formal attire. The bridal parties will be wearing navy blue and sage green, in the event you were fearful of matching.

Do you have a hotel room block?

Answer

Yes. We have a room block under Quigley/Freeman wedding at Flanders Hotel. We also have a room block at the Tahiti Inn, which is also under our name for a room block. Refer to travel tab for more details.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are trying to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, and in doing so we are attempting to only invite people that both of us have met and spent significant time with. Names of guests will be explicitly listed on the invitations. Please reach out to Jenn or Sam with any questions.
