Travel Document Timeline
45 days before travel: You’ll receive an email asking you to enter your flight information. About 1 month before travel: Your trip documents will arrive with your itinerary, helpful tips, and important phone numbers for before and during your stay. About 2 weeks before travel: You’ll receive your transfer voucher, which includes arrival/departure details and instructions on who to look for at the airport.
