Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya All-Inclusive Resort
Please use the link below for hotel reservations! - There is a 3 night minimum stay at the resort. We recommend Friday - Monday (MLK Day) if you are limited to 3 nights only. - The block dates are set for January 17-20, however the rate extends to 3 pre and post-days which are subject to hotel availability. - The reservations require a credit card guarantee hold of 1 night. If the reservation is canceled for any reason, modified, or the guest does not arrive on the specified check-in date, the guarantee hold will be charged and it is not refundable. - Reservations may be cancelled or changed up to 30 days prior to arrival. - Total stay will be charged to guest’s credit card during check out process. Please note: room prices will change based on the number of people because you are also paying for the all-inclusive wristband that each person will require while at the resort.

Cancún International Airport (CUN)
Cancún International airport has the most options for international flights. It is about 1 hour and 20 minutes drive to the Hilton Tulum. Please see below for information on organizing shuttles to the hotel.
Flight
Tulum Airport (TQO)
The recently opened Tulum Airport is also an option to consider, as it is approximately 45 minutes from Hilton Tulum. The airport opened up to international flights in March 2024, so while international flights are more limited into TQO at the moment, this may change in early 2025, and are worth considering if that option is available to you. Direct domestic flights from Tijuana are available for our friends flying in from Southern California.

Shuttles to/from the Airport
Our transportation coordinator, Marta, will be happy to assist you with setting up transportation to/from the airport. If you are booking private transportation for yourself or a group, you can reach out to her directly at the below phone number (WhatsApp messaging recommended). If you'd like help organizing a group for transportation, feel free to reach out to us with your flight information (Date, Airport, Arrival Time) and we will try to best accommodate you. Marta: +52 984 216 6647 We highly recommend that you book your shuttle to/from the hotel ahead of time. You are welcome to set up transportation through another company if you would prefer. Uber is not recommended in the Riviera Maya region. Marta would also be also be happy to help assist with setting up any excursions (ruins, snorkeling, zip-lining, jungle tours, etc.), for those who are interested and have additional time.
