Banyan Tree Lang Co Vietnam

This resort is where the ceremony and reception dinner will take place. All guests receive 25% off the room cost between April 7-13, 2027 and 10% off food and beverage services at Banyan. To make a reservation, guests should email Reservations-Langco@banyantree.com and let them know that you're part of the Tran/Young wedding to receive the discount. When booking, include what room you're wanting to book and how many days you're staying. To receive the discount, you must book through the reservations email. If you book directly on the site, you might not get the discount. Because there are villas that have a shared space with private bedrooms, if you're interested in sharing a room with others to save money, take the shared villa survey right below. This will help us compile a list of guests that are open to this option and allows us to coordinate rooms/villas between guests.

Please fill out this survey on whether or not you would like to book a shared villa. Please note that the villas have private bedrooms (either 2 or 3 bedrooms). Booking shared villas will be one of the cheaper options for accommodations since the cost will be spread out amongst people.

Shuttle

Banyan Tree Shuttle

A complimentary shuttle will pick guests up from the airport and drive them to the resort upon arrival in Vietnam. The shuttle will also take guests from the resort back to the airport upon departure. Please let Sally or Joe know what time arrivals and departures will be so that we can help ensure timely pick-ups and drop-offs. Sally would be more than happy to help coordinate this! Please note, this service is only available for guests staying at Banyan resort. If you're planning on staying at a different hotel, this shuttle would not be available.

Flight

Danang International Airport

When booking flights, guests will want to fly into the Danang International Airport. The airport is about a 1 hr shuttle ride from the resort. This link is a travel guide to navigating the Da Nang airport with tips and recommendations.

Vietnam Visa

Any guests entering Vietnam will need to apply for a 90 day Vietnam Visa (even if the guest is not staying 90 days). It will cost about $25 for a visa. Guests can apply for a visa using the link below (click on VIEW to go to the application website).
