Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unless you've been allowed a plus one, we ask that you don't bring outside guests. There is limited seating available due to this being a very small and intimate wedding.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, absolutely! Just let Sally or Joe know and we will be sure to accommodate.

How do I get from the airport to the resort?

Answer

The resort provides a free shuttle for all guests staying at the resort.

What should I do to prepare for the trip?

Answer

Get your passport early (if you don't already have one)! Apply for the Vietnam Visa (see the travel tab for more info on this). Book flights early to get the best deals.

I just booked with the resort. Now what?

Answer

Immediately reach out to Sally/Joe to confirm the booking with hotel. Send Sally/Joe flight information so that they can arrange for shuttle pick-up from the airport.

Do I have to stay for a few days or can I leave early?

Answer

You can absolutely stay for as long or as little as you like. We understand that you might have other obligations and cannot come earlier or stay later. We just appreciate you coming! We only ask that you are there April 10 for the wedding ceremony and reception.

Any tips for traveling internationally?

Answer

It's recommended that you download Whatsapp to use overseas. It works just like texting. It's also recommended that you fly in at least 1 day before the wedding to have time to unwind. Otherwise, it'll be a long day for you to fly in day of the wedding and then jump right into festivities.

What's the time difference?

Answer

Vietnam is 1 day ahead of Chicago, so if it's Monday 12 pm in Chicago, then it's Tuesday 12 pm in Vietnam. Plan accordingly when booking flights.
