Welcome Drinks

8:00 pm - 10:30 pm

For those arriving in the area the day before - we would love to see you for some welcome drinks! You will need to make your own way to the venue but we have arranged a coach to take people back from Thicket Priory to Memorial Gardens in York at 10:30pm. No food is provided so please eat dinner before :)

The Main Event! (Wedding and Reception)

Dress code: Black tie optional

Please arrive by 3pm in order to be on time for the ceremony - but you are welcome to arrive from 2:30pm to explore the property and mingle. Coach to pick up from Memorial Gardens in York at 2pm. Return coach to leave from Thicket Priory back to Memorial Gardens at 1am. There will be canapés from around 4:30pm, with dinner at 6pm, and late night food so you won't be going hungry! Although you may want to eat lunch beforehand.

Fond Farewell

We've rented an area in Impossible Bar to give everyone a chance to debrief on the weekend's festivities before saying goodbye. It's a ~10 minute walk from the train station so feel free to pop in before heading home. We'll post up for a while so feel free to drop by any time! We understand you might not know your travel plans yet but we are just trying to get a rough idea of numbers, you can change your RSVP for this event at a later date! There will be light nibbles available but it won't be a sit-down meal.
