Harry Reid International Airport (Previously McCarran Airport)

This is the airport that will fly you directly into Las Vegas. If you're flying in we highly suggest taking an Uber or Lyft. Taxis are available but are quite pricey and like to scam people. The hotel we've booked for you is about 20 minutes from the airport and does not provide a shuttle to and from the airport. If you are staying at a different hotel we highly suggest that you check and see if your hotel provides a shuttle to and from the airport.

If you will be arriving by car or have decided to rent one, the Westgate Flamingo Bay Las Vegas Resort (the hotel we'll be staying in) does issue one parking pass to each room. If you are not staying at this hotel please inquire with the one you'll be staying in (sometimes it's free and sometimes it's not).

Shuttle to the Las Vegas Strip

The resort provides a shuttle to and from the strip that drops off at Treasure Island and the other Westgate resort. From there you can ride the Deuce Bus up and down the strip for a minimal fee. You can download the rideRTC app for routes, fares, and other information.

Don't Worry, We'll Drive

October 23, 2023 3:00 pm - 10:15 pm

We've chartered a shuttle bus to take us to and from the event so everyone has the opportunity to enjoy themselves worry free. This bus will not be making in between trips during the ceremony and reception so please remember to bring jackets, purses, comfy dancing shoes, etc. The bus will arrive at 3:00 pm in front of the resort where the shuttles pick up and will depart the resort at 3:15 pm so don't be late! The trip from the hotel to the venue is about 45 minutes and there is a bathroom on the bus should someone need it.

Westgate Flamingo Bay Resort

We've booked a block of one-bedroom villas for our guests attending the ceremony. Rate is $115/per night with a 2-night minimum plus resort fees and taxes. Check the website for a virtual tour of your room (it's pretty nice ;)) Check-in is at 4:00 pm and check-out is at 10:00 am. Guests will receive one parking pass and there is a free shuttle to and from the Las Vegas Strip. There are also other activities on-site as well as a mini market for your convenience. Guests are not obligated to stay in our booked hotel block however, please keep in mind that the charter bus to and from the venue will be picking up and dropping off here. ROOMS MUST BE BOOKED BY SEPTEMBER 20TH, 2023.
