This bus has a stop at Treasure Island, right where the hotel shuttle drops off. If you download the rideRTC app you can pay the bus fare and hop on to see the sites. This is a great way to explore the strip and downtown, especially if you ride the top deck at night. This bus will take you all the way to the "Welcome to Las Vegas" sign and frequently arrives every 15 to 20 minutes.
