FAQs

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

May 11th, 2026!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! We look forward to seeing all the kids that are able to attend.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We invite our guests to dress in summer formal attire. Think elevated, polished looks made with warm weather in mind—lightweight suits, dress shirts, and ties; long dresses, midi dresses, or elegant cocktail dresses. Our ceremony and reception will be held outdoors on grass, so we recommend breathable fabrics and comfortable footwear suitable for walking on lawn. Most importantly, wear something that makes you feel comfortable, confident, and ready to celebrate with us!

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding will be outdoors on the back lawn of the lodge. July is typically warm, dry, and sunny (knock on wood) and the reception area will be underneath a tent.

Question

Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will be at Winter View Lodge in Eatonville, WA.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Absolutely, that’s how the Greiner family does it!

Question

How early can I arrive at the venue?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm, but we recommend arriving around 3:30pm. The shuttle from Prairie Hotel will arrive at 3:30pm as well.

Question

Will there be a kids’ menu?

Answer

Yes, kids have the option to order a kids’ meal. Please let us know how many your family requires when you RSVP, as we need to plan for these ahead of time.

Question

Is transportation provided to and from the wedding venue on Saturday?

Answer

Yes, there will be busses that transport guests from Prairie Hotel in Yelm to Winter View Lodge in Eatonville (and back at the end of the night).
