Hotel
A room block has been reserved for guests who wish to stay nearby. There are many hotels in the area, but we encourage guests to stay at this location as shuttle service will take you to and from the venue on the wedding day. Guests can enjoy special room rates by booking under the “Sailer/Peters Wedding.”
Rental Car
The hotel where we have reserved room blocks also features an on-site Sixt Car Rental, making it easy to explore the area at your own pace. This is a great option if you’d like the flexibility to drive to the venue (just 4 minutes away) or to enjoy some local sightseeing. For those who prefer not to drive, shuttle transportation will be available starting at 3:15 pm from the hotel lobby.
Flight
Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD) is the most convenient airport for guests flying in. Rental cars, ride shares, and taxis are all readily available at the airport for easy travel to your hotel or the venue.
Shuttle
July 12, 2026 3:15 pm - 11:00 pm
Shuttles will be available from the room block hotel to the wedding venue. Two shuttle departures are scheduled before the ceremony: 3:15 pm and 3:30 pm. If you miss these shuttles, please plan to drive yourself or use a ride share service (like Uber or Lyft) to get to the venue. Venue doors open at 3:30 pm, we encourage to arrive early to allow time to get seated and settled. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 pm.
