Venue doors will open at 3:30 pm, and the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 pm. To ensure a meaningful, uninterrupted experience for all guests, we encourage you to arrive early so you’ll have plenty of time to get seated and settled. Guests arriving after the ceremony has started will need to wait in the lobby until it concludes, as late entry to the ceremony area will not be permitted.
Yes! Complimentary shuttles will run between the Chicago Marriott Naperville, where our room blocks are reserved, and The Crawford. Two shuttle departures are scheduled before the ceremony: 3:15 pm and 3:30 pm. Shuttle service will run throughout the evening, making it convenient for guests to return back to the Chicago Marriott Naperville.
The designated wedding hotel is the Chicago Marriott Naperville (1801 North Naper Boulevard, Naperville). Staying at the Chicago Marriott Naperville is recommended so you can take advantage of the shuttle service to and from the wedding venue. Guests can enjoy special room rates by booking under the “Sailer/Peters Wedding.”
Complimentary parking is available at The Crawford. Guests may also park overnight at no additional cost. The Marriott Chicago Naperville parking is $10 per day and will be added to your hotel bill.
We adore your little ones, but our celebration will be adults-only, except for invited immediate family. We hope this gives you a chance to unwind and enjoy a special evening out!
Yes! Guests under 12 will need to depart the reception by 8:00 pm.
Our wedding will be formal attire. We kindly ask men to wear suits with ties and dress shoes, or for women, elegant evening dresses, refined cocktail dresses or dressy jumpsuits with heels or formal flats. Please avoid denim, linen, polos, sundresses, sandals, khakis, and other informal or casual clothing.
We kindly ask that all phones and cameras remain off during our unplugged ceremony. This allows everyone to be fully present and gives our photographer space to capture the moments beautifully. Once the reception begins, feel free to take all the photos and videos you’d like!

The reception will end at 11:00 pm. Throughout the evening, the shuttle will return guests to the Chicago Marriott Naperville hotel. The final shuttle of the evening will take guests to a nearby bar to continue the celebration. All are invited!
