Unfortunately due to space limitations, we have to ask that kids stay at home. As much as we would love to have them there, we are unable to accommodate children under 16 outside of the wedding party and immediate family. We hope you can use this night as a fun date night out!
The reception is by invitation only. While we have plenty of space at the church for the ceremony, there are space limitations at the reception and only those listed on the invitation will be able to be accommodated. If you believe we missed someone in error, please contact us.
The ceremony is a Catholic mass, and will start promptly at 2pm. We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the ceremony to make sure you are settled in your seat for the service to start. The reception will start at 4:00 PM with a social hour, with the main reception starting promptly at 5:00 PM.
The Pittsburgh cookie table is a tradition where family and friends of the bride and groom all bake cookies for the wedding. Read more about cookie table history here: https://weddingcookietable.com/history. The cookies are presented in a display for guests at the wedding reception. We will leave a section in the RSVP to fill out if you are interested in bringing cookies, or you can contact us directly!
We’d love to see our family and friends dress up with us! No certain colors, but we do request garden party or semi-formal attire. Men can opt for dress pants or khakis with a blazer or suit jacket, tie optional. Women can wear dresses, jumpsuits, or separates. No jeans please.
You will be dearly missed! If you can’t make it, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can plan accordingly.
Your presence to enjoy our wedding day with us is the greatest gift of all. However, we will have a small registry list and links to a honeymoon and home improvement fund if you choose to give us a gift. We will also have a gift table and card box available at the reception. Thank you so much!
There is a parking lot for the church located at 602 Market Street in Parkersburg. There is also parking along both sides of the street along Market, as well as under the railroad tracks that run above 6th Street. The reception at the Parkersburg Country Club has a large parking lot in front for all of the guests.
The ceremony is fully indoors. The reception is an indoor/outdoor venue, as weather permits. There is plenty of space for everyone inside if needed.
There will be a section in the RSVP for food requests. We will work with the venue and do our best to make all accommodations.
