It’s approximately a 90 minute drive from the Montego Bay Airport to Negril. The roads are in poor condition and the drive is not for the faint of heart. As well, driving is on left hand side of the road. So, we recommend using a local transportation company who offers round-trip ground transportation from MBJ to Negril.
