For those arriving at Washington Dulles International Airport, there is a complimentary shuttle available to the hotel daily from 6am to 10pm. Please contact the hotel at 703-723-8989 to request for it when you land. After picking up your bags, please proceed to the arrivals level and Shuttle Pickup Zone 2H for pickup. We have also reserved a shuttle to take all the guests from the hotel entrance to the venue and back. Please find the schedule for the trips below. Shuttle Schedule: 10:00 am - Hotel → Venue 2:30 pm - Venue → Hotel 5:00 pm - Hotel → Venue 09:30 pm - Venue → Hotel 11:00 pm - Venue → Hotel Please note the shuttle will depart exactly on time and will not be able to wait for individual guests, so please plan accordingly.
