While we only reserved the villa for the 3-day weekend, Castello Di Gargonza told us that guests could book a longer stay. When you complete the payment form, you can request additional dates if you want to stay longer.

Do I need a special license to drive in Italy?

Answer

Yes, you need an International Drivers Permit to rent and drive a car in Italy. The website we went through for ours is: https://internationaldrivingauthority.com. It took less than 5 minutes, and we got it in the mail within a couple of weeks! You can also get one through your local AAA.
