Rich in history and culture, Old Mardin is home to centuries-old mosques, churches, monasteries, and traditional bazaars. Midyat Day Trip

10:00 am - 8:00 pm

Comfortable shoes

We will be arranging a few vans and small buses to take our guests on a day trip to Midyat, a charming historic town known for its honey-colored stone architecture, ancient monasteries, and rich cultural heritage. In Midyat, you will have time to stroll through the old town, explore traditional stone houses and narrow streets, visit local shops featuring handmade silver (telkari) jewelry, and take in views that reflect centuries of history. The town is also home to notable monasteries and churches that highlight the region’s diverse cultural roots. Please note that this trip is completely optional. We completely understand if you would prefer to explore other cities in Turkey at your own pace. We wanted to offer this experience as an easy and memorable way to discover the beauty and history of the Mardin region together.
