We’d love to have our loved ones get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is all black formal attire!! Ladies can wear black floor-length, tea-length or midi formal dresses. Gentlemen can wear a black suit & tie with white undershirts. We promise once you arrive at the venue for our big day you’ll see this idea come to life! No Jeans please!!
Please RSVP by June 15, 2024 by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our vendors and the venue exact guest count by a certain date. While we will send out reminders, as well as send out invitations early, please be sure to RSVP as soon as possible.
We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of immediate family. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!
We are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Please respect our wishes as we’re trying to keep our wedding an intimate celebration. Thank you so much for understanding!
Please arrive at the venue NO later than 15 minutes before the ceremony; you can arrive as early as 4pm. This will allow time for you to park (unless you are taxing or have other transportation), sign the guestbook, and find your seat. If you arrive after the start of the ceremony at 4:15 PM, you will not be able to be seated and will have to wait until the start of cocktail hour to enter.
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held on-site and indoors at the Boulders at Black Canyon Inn. The ceremony is located on the second floor as soon as you walk into the building and the reception will take place on the first floor down the stairs. Please bring a light jacket if you feel it’s necessary to go out on the patio later in the evening. There will be fire pits as well as games!
Yes! There is room for about 40 cars to park next to the venue, there is additional parking located down the hill below the the venue. However, if you plan on drinking, please consider utilizing a taxi or carpooling with an individual(s) who will be sober at the end of the night. We want all of our guests to arrive and leave in a safe manner! We would suggest carpooling or taxing (Estes Park Taxis), especially if you plan on drinking!
Yes, our wedding registry is located on the "registry" page on our website. We are only asking for contributions to our honeymoon fund and other small things, please NO gifts unless they are on our registry! We will have a honeymoon fund box at our reception if you would prefer to bring cash.
Yes! Beer, wine, two specialty cocktails, non alcoholic beverages and some alcohols are included! Some hard alcohol is included but must be mixed drinks for the altitude and per the venue. Please party accordingly and have a way to get home safety :)
We are having an “unplugged ceremony” (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say “I do”. We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you’d like! A photo booth will also be present!
Yes! Please review our "travel" page this will include hotels nearby, AirBnBs, and any hotels that are offering discounts for our wedding guests. This page has other travel information as well, please check it out! You are free to stay where you wish if you choose to stay in Estes Park or if you prefer to drive home that night. We want you to have a great and stress free evening!
Yes! You can do so when you RSVP and we will let our caterers know of any allergies or food accommodations.
DETAILS COMING SOON! We are still deciding on these event locations :) We are hosting a rehearsal dinner on Wednesday evening after our ceremony rehearsal. This will mostly be for family and anyone attending the rehearsal, but we are happy to have anyone come that's in town! We will send out invites to this and let us know if you will be in town on Wednesday evening to attend. Friday morning we will be hosting a brunch for anyone that is still in town and wants to send us off before we head out for our honeymoon.
