Kindly arrive no earlier than 4pm so our venue will be ready for us. If you are taking advantage of the hotel accommodations, this would be a good time to check in at the hotel prior to the reception. A shuttle for hotel guests has been arranged for departure from the hotel to our venue and back when the night is over.
