What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

We ask that you be there no later than 3:45pm.

Is there a dress code?

Yes! Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

When should I RSVP by?

If your plans have changed, please let us know no later than July 1st so we can plan accordingly.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We will have a shuttle leaving from the SpringHill Suites in Longmont. More information and schedule available in the Travel section of our website.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking available at the venue.

Can I bring a date?

Our space is limited so we are not allowing dates or +1s at this time.

Should I visit Rocky Mountain National Park the day of the wedding?

Answer

NO. We do not recommend you visiting the park the day of the wedding due to distance and traffic. If you want to sightsee the day of the wedding, we recommend going to Boulder since it’s only 30min away from the venue.
