Where are the ceremony and reception being held?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside in a garden setting. The reception will be held indoors. Our venue is Meadow Brook Inn in Charlestown, RI There's more info on the "wedding weekend" tab!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

formal/semi-formal attire We do not suggest wearing heels or stilettos since the ceremony and cocktail hour will be in a grassy area.

Can I park at the venue?

Answer

Yes! We suggest carpooling if possible. There will also be a shuttle going from the hotel/South County Commons to the venue and back.

How does the shuttle work?

Answer

There will be two small shuttles for your convenience. each shuttle bus holds about 30 passengers ! both shuttles will be departing from the hotel and then returning at the end of the night.

Is there an after hang?

We would love this! The hotel provides fire pits. Given there is nice weather, we plan to hang out by the fire pits after the reception :)

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

RSVP's will open in January. Please RSVP by March 1, 2026 so that we may get the appropriate information to our venue and vendors.

What will the weather be like in RI?

Answer

Definitely keep an eye out on the forecast! Typically this time of year, its chilly in the morning and evenings but pretty warm during the day. It could range from low 60's to high 70's.

Are kids invited?

Answer

Although we would love to have family and friends of all ages, our ceremony & reception will just be for the adults.
