This will bring you to the Room Booking page where you can read about the resort, rooms and pricing. Enter in your information here. You will also be asked if you want travel insurance on this page. ***Please accept the Travel Insurance Option if there is any chance you have to cancel your room*** The system will give you a few times to accept or decline the insurance. Being able to travel is an investment in your time off and you are spending the money you work hard for. Please protect your travel investment. Taking out travel insurance protects you in case you need to cancel the reservation. *** If you elect to NOT take out the travel insurance on your room there are no refunds given for any amount paid if you have to cancel the room*** 5. THE ROOMS
**THE ROOMS** Our wedding block is at Xcaret Mexico, which offers both standard and upgraded accommodations. For an extra fee, you can stay in Casa Fuego, an adults-only section within the hotel featuring two exclusive pools and a private restaurant. All rooms are elegant and spacious, with jetted tubs and handcrafted design elements that highlight sustainability and Mexican culture. Choose from a standard garden suite or upgrade to a river suite.
Flight
Cancun (CUN) or the NEW Tulum Airport (TQO)
We have two airport options for your arrival: Arrive at either Cancun (CUN) or Tulum (TQO) airports. The drive from Cancun to Hotel Xcaret is about 50 minutes, while Tulum is 1.5 hours due to road construction. Roundtrip transportation is included with your stay - At Cancun, use the Xcaret lounge and shuttle. For Tulum arrivals, arrange a complimentary private van with the hotel.

01: Passports
Important Passport Information:: Please ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your travel date, meaning it should not expire before July 10, 2025 (this is a mandatory requirement for international travelers to Mexico). If you live in Houston and need a quick renewal, there is a passport agency downtown that offers expedited services in person. If you’re on a tight deadline for renewal, contact Sabra for more information.

02: Book Your Flight
As mentioned above, you will fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN) or the new Tulum Airport (TQO). Non-stop flights from the major hubs can be found. To get the best air price, we recommend searching for flights in incognito mode. Fun fact, if Google knows you’re looking, the airlines will raise prices on you, so keep it secret until you’re ready to book. Another option is to “Track Flights” on Google. *Round trip transportation to and from the airport is included with your stay!
