Welcome to the Wedding Weekend of Sabra & Dylan! The party starts here! Meet us at the hotel lobby bar between 4:30-5:00 PM, where you’ll be escorted to our Welcome Cocktail Hour. Sip on delicious drinks at the open bar, snag your festive welcome bags, and mingle with family and friends as we kick off the weekend! The cocktail hour will be brief but sweet—just 1 hour—followed by an planned seated evening at Teatro del Rio for a fabulous dinner and show starting at 7:00 PM sharp. Let’s get this fiesta started—we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Join us for a romantic ceremony at Calente Fuego, nestled by the picturesque river flowing through the hotel Xcaret. *Beach Formal Attire* For our coastal celebration, we request Beach Formal attire that combines elegance with a touch of seaside sophistication. For Men: Please consider summer suits, linen shirts, or light blazers. Choose refined, breathable fabrics and colors that harmonize with the beach setting. For Women: Elegant options include a flowing maxi dress, a stylish high-low or midi dress, or a sophisticated jumpsuit. Embrace a palette of bright colors, delicate florals, soft pastels, or formal metallics. Simple patterns are also appropriate. As our celebration will take place on the sand, we suggest wearing wedges or thick heels to ensure your comfort and ease throughout the event

Our reception will take place at the enchanting La Isla venue within Xcaret Park (on property). Transportation: Complimentary bus transportation will be provided from the hotel lobby to Xcaret Park once the ceremony concludes. Upon arrival, you’ll be guided to the magical La Isla Cave venue. Return Buses: Buses will begin returning guests to the hotel at 10:30 PM following the end of the reception at midnight with final buses leaving at 12:15AM. After-Party: The celebration continues at Cantina Los Faroles, located at Hotel Xcaret, where you can enjoy the festivities until 3 AM! Footwear: For your comfort, we recommend wearing wedges or thick heels. Flip flops will be available for those who prefer to change into them for travel to and from the venue.
