Flight
The airport is ~10-15 min drive to the hotel and ~30 min drive to the venue. Uber and Lyft are very accessible in OKC. We will also provide a shuttle service between the hotel and venue.
Hotel
We’ve reserved a block of rooms at the Renaissance in Downtown OKC. Use our link for a discount. It’s just a short walk from the Welcome Party/Farewell Brunch venue, and close to great restaurants and fun things to do! Other great hotel options include Omni OKC and the Four Points by Sheraton Quail Springs, a suburban hotel less than a five-minute drive from the wedding venue.
Shuttle

The shuttle will leave Renaissance Hotel at 3:30PM to head to the venue. After the reception, the shuttle will take guests back to the hotel.
