Question

Still not sure what to wear on Sunday?

Answer

Here is a link for some ideas! https://pin.it/2V0nxiXDL

Question

I want to camp on the property, what do I need to bring?

Answer

Everything! The property is 80 acres and you are welcome to pitch a tent or park your motor home in the designated field. We will be renting trailer bathrooms and showers for our campers, and we will also be outfitting the barn to be a communal gathering space where you can play games, read, socialize or find respite from the potentially foggy weather! Please note that we are providing the welcome barbecue and wedding dinner, other meals will be up to you!

Question

What is provided as far as food and drink during the weekend?

Answer

We will be providing food and drink for both the Welcome Dinner (Saturday) and Wedding Dinner (Sunday) - as well as coffee on Sunday and Monday mornings. Note that there are no large supermarkets in the area, so it is recommended to stop in the Bay Area or Santa Rosa if you want to bring up snacks, meals or additional drinks for the weekend.

Question

If I am camping, can I bring my RV or trailer home?

Answer

Yes we will have the space for you to park your van, RV, or mobile home, we just ask that you do not run the generators at night or in the morning when other campers are sleeping. We will not be able to provide electrical or water hook ups so make sure your set up is workable off grid! Again, trailer toilets and showers will be available on the property.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We have a tight guest list and will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Question

When should we arrive?

Answer

We have some fun activities planned for Saturday afternoon, and all are welcome to join in or spectate! If you can't make it for the afternoon activities then we hope to see you at our Welcome Dinner Saturday evening. If you are unable to join in for the Saturday events then we will be excited to see you on Sunday for the ceremony! Please plan to arrive ~ 30-45 minutes before the ceremony on Sunday afternoon so that you have plenty of time to park, grab a drink, and make your way to to your seat. We look forward to spending the long weekend with you!

Question

Will there be options for vegetarians and people with other dietary restrictions?

Answer

Yes, our welcome dinner is buffet style and our wedding dinner will be family style so you can pick and choose what to eat. There will be vegetarian and gluten free dishes available both nights. Please let us know either in your RSVP or directly if you have an allergy you want us to be aware of.

Question

How can we reach you if we have questions?

Answer

You can reach out to JD at (415)250-8056, and he will ask Rylie.
