Arriving: If you plan to attend the Welcome Dinner on Friday, June 5, we would strongly recommend booking flights that have you arriving at SeaTac airport no later than 4:00PM PST. Departing: If you plan to attend the Goodbye Brunch on Sunday, June 7, we would recommend booking your departing flight no earlier than 3:00PM PST.
The most convenient route to get to Captain Whidbey from the SeaTac airport includes a short ferry ride (~20mins) between Mukilteo on the mainland and Clinton on Whidbey Island. The ferry runs every 30 minutes, and runs roughly between 4:00AM and midnight. We would highly recommend booking a ferry ticket in advance, and plan to wait in line at the ferry terminal for a bit. But once you're on, be sure to hop out of your car and head to the sightseeing deck. The Washington State ferries are a great place to spot whales!
