Maid of Honor
We grew up in the same church and ended up being roomies during college! Mackena is always very uplifting and encouraging. Our mutual love for dance, Disney, and dogs brought us closer. Also, our Pinterest boards are pretty much the same so it was easy to trust her with decorations. Be sure to congratulate her on her up-coming wedding!
Bridesmaid
Ashlee is my first friend made as an adult. Oddly enough, she is the female version of the groom. I can always count on her honest opinion. She was a great stand-in for making desicions when Ryley couldn't be there. Ashlee is currently working on Nursing School at Kirkwood and plans on being around for the rest of time.
Bridesmaid
Ryley's older sister. One of my first memories of Amber was during drama rehearsal (I was in Jr. High and she was in Highschool.) She was curling my hair and I was so excited that she was talking to me that I paid no attention to the fact that she didn't actually know how to curl hair. A fact that she will admit to. Since then I can say we are really good friends! Thanks so much for all the support you've given our relationship. I cannot wait to be your sister!
Bridesmaid
Ryley's younger sister, currently attending Iowa State! I remember Arin as the only family member I wasn't afraid of. When we were in elementary school she would run over and give me hugs all the time! It's because of her encouraging personality that I quickly got over my shyness around Ryley's family. She was also the first to offer throwing a bridal shower. So proud to call you my sister!
Bridesmaid
Ashley, the Best Man's wife. Ashley and I met just a few days before her wedding. I had never met bride or groom but with the events involved during a wedding, we got to know each other pretty quickly! When I asked Ashley to be in the bridal party she was more than happy to be there for us. Be sure to congratulate them on the expectancy of their baby girl!
Best Man
Warin moved in with the Howell family during high school and ended up being the brother Ryley never had. While in school, the boys wrestled together, marathoned Lost (remember that show?!) and got into plenty of trouble. In 2015 Ryley and I had the honor of attending his wedding, where I hear he and Ryley managed to get into even more trouble! (Don't tell Ashley!) Thank you for accepting the role of best man, for not talking him out of it yet, and please, try to keep him out of trouble!
Groomsman
Anthony and Ryley have been friends for about four years. Their mutual love of games, guns, and God brought these two into a brotherly relationship. If anything needs doing, Anthony is our guy! He is currently a sworn member of the Louisa County Sheriff reserve and volunteers for the department when he can. During the rest of his free time, he is gaming, with Ryley. Thank you for being such a support to our relationship!
Groomsman
Cody was the friend that initially got Ryley into church! Later on, they were homeschool buddies and spent their summers playing baseball together. Cody has always been more of the quiet type but he wouldn't hesitate to talk to you about the Love of Jesus!
Groomsman
Logan and Ryley are basically twins. When they were younger, they fought all the time because they are so much alike! Eventually, the comradery of wrestling brought them together. A love of hunting, fishing, and The Notebook are just a few of the things these guys have in common. Stick around them long enough and you'll hear all about the adventures they've had together because they just love to reminisce. (I can't tell you how many times I've heard about the time they got stuck driving in the blizzard)
Groomsman
Nathan is another connection Ryley made through wrestling. They will tell you all about how many times they spent talking and thinking about food when trying to make weight. Nathan seems to have been the good influencer of the group... most of the time.
