When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by 08/06/2021 so we can guarantee a seat for you at the table.

WHAT’S THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

Cocktail attire. Both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors under shaded trees.

ARE KIDS WELCOME?

Answer

There will be a few kids that are part of the family and either in the wedding or traveling form out of state. We love your kids—we really do, but we ask that you find a sitter and enjoy a night off with us!

CAN I BRING A DATE?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

IS THERE A SHUTTLE TO AND FROM THE HOTEL TO THE CEREMONY?

Answer

Unfortunately due to the distance of the venue from the hotel, the shuttle is only available to visit Carlsbad State Beach and Carlsbad Village. Uber and Lyft are available for transportation or you could take and leave your vehicle. All vehicles must be picked up between 10:00 am & 12:00 pm the next day.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive at 4:00 pm so we can get everyone seated and get the party started on time!

Is there parking for the ceremony and/or reception?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are both at the same location with free parking available. If you decide to party hard, please leave your vehicle and take an Uber/Lyft. All vehicles must be picked up between 10:00 am & 12:00 pm the next day.
