FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

If you wish to be included in our big day please RSVP online by May 17th, 2024.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We request that guests wear semi-formal attire. Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. The bridal party will be wearing black but guests should not feel the need to avoid this color. The day will involve navigating various terrains between the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, we recommend opting for stable and comfortable footwear. Open-toed shoes and unstable heels might prove challenging on certain surfaces, so consider footwear that offers both style and stability. Also, please be prepared for the warmth of the day and the cool of the night. All the festivities will be held outside and temperatures in June for Buellton can get as warm as 90 degrees during the day and as cool as 50 degrees at night.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love all of the kiddos in our lives we ask that they not attend this event.

Question

Will childcare be provided?

Answer

While we are not providing childcare we do have a list of recommended babysitters who are available on our date that you can hire. Please reach out if you would like access to this list.

Question

Can I bring a date or a plus one?

Answer

No, while we hope that all of our guests feel comfortable and have a great time attending our wedding we are keeping our day intimate by inviting only our closest friends and family. If you are unsure about whether another person is welcome please refer to the way your invitation envelope was addressed or the RSVP page.

Question

Are there any important details?

Answer

Our hope and plan to begin the ceremony promptly at 4:00pm to allow us to spend the most time with our family and friends! The logistics of getting everyone to our wedding site requires the timely arrival of all our guests to ensure our ceremony begins on time and honors your time as well. So here is the scoop... all guests will be parking at the venue in a cattle pasture. Due to the terrain we do not recommend a low rise sports car but we do encourage carpooling with other guests to maximize parking space. Once parked you will be able to take a shuttle up to the ceremony site. Shuttles will begin running at 3:15pm and you will get to enjoy a 10 minute ride through the hills. The last shuttle will leave the parking area at 3:45pm to ensure all guests are seated for the start of the ceremony. Arriving in time for one of the earlier shuttles will give you the opportunity to enjoy the view overlooking the valley or sit under the great oak trees. Shuttles will pick everyone back up after the ceremony and return you to the parking area where you can collect any gifts, jackets, or dancing shoes before walking across a bridge to cocktail hour.

Question

What is the wedding venue address?

Answer

8600 Santa Rosa Road Buellton, California 93427 Please follow parking signs to the designated parking area next to the venue.

Question

Will there be accommodations for food allergies?

Answer

If you have any food allergies please inform us when you RSVP so we can inform our caterers. We are doing our best to accommodate all of the allergies we can.

Question

Where are your registered?

Answer

We were able to manage our entire registry through Zola so please refer to our Registry page if you would like to get us a wedding gift. Zola has all of our shipping information as well to make sending gifts easy.
