Answer

Of course! Please bring your children to the ceremony and to the wedding reception. The resort itself is family friendly and has a lot to offer for children. There is a waterpark for kids, along with a ton of activities to keep the kids entertained throughout the day.

Question

How and where should I book our trip?

Answer

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Sandos Playacar all-inclusive resort. In order to reserve your room within our block at discounted rates, you must contact our travel agent, Lina Contreras. Please use the website below to find our wedding. The wedding password is "RYANWEDDING2020". https://www.destinationweddings.com/Weddings/Guests/AttendaWedding.aspx Once you make an account, you will be able to book your reservation directly with our travel agent, Lina Contreras, who is wonderful to work with! Please note: the only way to reserve a room within our block with the discounted group rates is through Lina. You will be responsible for booking your own flights. Here are a few tips: 1. Best time to search for flights is 4 months prior to the trip. If you search too far in advance you will overpay for flights. 2. Best day to purchase a flight is on Tuesday.

Question

When should I book my reservation?

Answer

We encourage you to make your reservation as soon as possible. We have set aside a block of rooms that will be held until July 14th, 2020. A minimum of 3 nights is required, but the room blocks guarantee you a 5 night stay (arriving on October 21st). If you prefer to stay longer than the 5 nights that are provided in the room blocks, please book right away. There is no way for us to know the resort room availability outside the 5 nights that we have set aside. You can stay as long as you would like, depending on resort availability.

Question

Paying For Your Trip

Answer

If you book through our agent, Lina Contreras, you will have the option to pay for your trip with an interest free payment plan.

Question

Travel Documents

Answer

You will need a passport to travel to Playa del Carmen. Please make sure your passport is up to date and is not going to expire too close to your travel dates. As a general rule, passports should have at least six months of validity when traveling internationally. Most countries will not permit a traveler to enter their country unless the passport is set to expire at least six months after the final day of travel. If you need to apply for a new passport or a renewal it could take 6-8 weeks, so plan accordingly. Here is the website to apply: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en.html
