For an elegant evening, we kindly request formal attire (suits, gowns, fancy cocktail dresses, etc). Bridesmaids will be in black.
Parking will be available at St. Augustin church. Complementary parking and valet is available at the reception site (Regatta Place). *If guest feel they are not able to drive home, they may leave their car at the venue overnight to be picked up the next morning. Keys can be returned prior to leaving or will be available for pickup at the front desk.
The ceremony will be held at St. Augustin Church in Newport promptly at 3pm. Please arrive by 2:45. The reception will be held at Regatta Place in Newport. Cocktail hour begins at 6pm followed by the reception until 11pm.
We will have a trolley available to transport guests between the ceremony and the reception. If you prefer to drive, there is parking available at St. Augustin Church and Regatta Place. Feel free to choose whatever’s most convenient for you! Please note: All cars must be removed from the St. Augustin parking lot after the ceremony concludes.
Please refrain from taking photos/videos during the ceremony. However, we encourage you to take photos/videos at the reception.
Guests can relax at the Marina Cafe and Pub during the gap between the ceremony and the reception. It is located directly across the street from the reception. Otherwise, you are welcome to explore Newport or just relax at your hotel until cocktail hour.
Reception is outdoors on the Newport Harbor. It will take place under a tent that can be closed for inclement weather.
