The simple answer is because we want to keep our community (including you!) safe. We recognize that having a wedding during the pandemic is risky and complicated. We have guests who are immunocompromised and others who have loved ones that they are taking precautions for each day. In order to be as safe as possible, we ask that you are prepared to proof of both of these upon your arrival to our rehearsal dinner and our ceremony.
Yes, of course! Please note it in your RSVP.
We ask that everyone RSVPs by the end of February!
Something you feel comfortable in! Google tells us that "wedding casual" or "dressy casual" is the closest thing to what we are thinking, but those phrases sound like nonsense. Wear what you feel comfortable and good in (fun colors, patterns, and textures are encouraged!). Keep in mind that most of our events will be outdoors, so bring a layer. The grounds are uneven so please take that into account when choosing footwear. Our area usually ranges from the 60s to 80s in May. We occasionally get rain in May, so keep an eye on the forecast!
