FAQs

The Wedding Website of Kaitlynn Simon and Ryan Keithley
Question

What is the attire?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! So, we are requesting that all of our guests dress in formal to semi-formal attire - no denim please! Ladies, please refrain from wearing white or ivory as well.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly request that you RSVP no later than September 19, 2026.

Question

How long is the time between the ceremony and cocktail hour?

Answer

There will be a little over an hour between the ceremony and cocktail hour to accommodate travel time between the venues and hotel check-ins for guests whom are staying. Check-in is available starting at 3PM.

Question

What should we do between the ceremony and cocktail hour?

Answer

The designated break between the ceremony and cocktail hour allows guests time to travel between venues and for those staying overnight to check into their hotel accommodations. Guests who are not staying overnight are welcome to explore nearby Midtown bars to pass the time—we’ve listed a few of our favorites on the 'Exploring Omaha' page!

Question

What are the parking details at the reception and hotel?

Answer

Guests are welcome to park in the Midtown Parking Garage C, conveniently located between The Element Hotel and The Empire Room. For those attending the reception only, parking in the garage is complimentary. Overnight hotel guests may park in the same garage for a $15 nightly fee. Additional free and metered street parking is also available throughout the Midtown area.

Question

What can I expect for a Catholic Mass?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will take place during a Catholic Mass, which typically lasts about an hour to an hour and a half. The service includes prayers, scripture readings, a homily, the exchange of vows, and Holy Communion. If you are not Catholic, you are warmly welcome to join in the prayers and songs, but you are not expected to participate in Communion. We’re simply excited to have you there to witness and celebrate this special moment with us!

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If your guest name is listed on your invite when you RSVP, then yes you can! Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close family and friends.

Question

Can I Take Pictures During the Ceremony?

Answer

We have hired a professional photographer to take photos of our special day! The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present. We promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. Before and after the ceremony, feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you'd like!

Question

What color are the bridesmaids wearing?

Answer

Ladies, I like the way you think! All of my beautiful bridesmaids will be wearing an espresso brown.

Question

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will truly be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate your regrets on our RSVP tab so we may plan accordingly.

Question

Is there transport between venues?

Answer

There is no transportation provided between the venues; guests are encouraged to make their own arrangements.
