Growing up the both of us spent the majority of our formative days on Catalina Island. Summer months spent as Campers on the Island, teenage years as Counselors at those Camps, countless trips on families & friends boats to enjoy the place that we both loved most. Despite being extremely close, hundreds of yards apart at times, our paths refused to cross for 27 years. Until one sunny Fourth of July in Corsair Cove. After introductions & a few sips from the ever-providing Punch Bowl, K.C., Emily's Mother decided that the two of us had far too much in common to carry on not knowing one another. With a quick snatch of Emily's hand & an interjection of "Haaaaave ya meet Emily?", K.C. quickly halted our parallel lives and sent us down the twisting turning path that we now trot. The Island that has meant so much too us individually has become the symbol of the most important thing in our now life together.
