July 17-20: Paperfest - Sunset Park in Kimberly

July 24-26: Ahren Belisle and Ric Diez at the Skyline Comedy Club

Shows at 7:00 and 9:45 pm - Buy tickets at website Ahren Belisle is a mute stand-up comedian and contestant on America’s Got Talent (AGT) 2023. He is also a software engineer and mental health advocate. The Northern Ontario-born comic performs onstage using body language and speech technology to deliver jokes. Ric Diez is an enigmatic Spanish one-liner comedian, a maestro of the absurd and the dark. With a razor-sharp wit and a penchant for the unconventional, he crafts jokes that probe the depths of the human psyche, leaving audiences in stitches while contemplating life’s complexities. He’s the first European recipient of the coveted Golden Ticket on the “Kill Tony” show, and recently made noise at the first Kill Tony Arena Show. Prepare to be both amused and enlightened as he fearlessly navigates the murky waters of the human experience, one punchline at a time.

July 26: Downtown Appleton Farmer's Market

Visit 100+ local vendors along College Avenue selling locally grown produce, handcrafted items, baked goods, flowers, hot food, coffee, meats and cheese, and so more! Experience local Appleton culture and hospitality for yourself, enjoy a morning of exploring and see all the local customs have to offer! Each week (Thurs/Fri prior to each Saturday) the website will list the vendors and which block of College Avenue they will be located.

July 31-Aug. 3: Mile of Music - 12th Annual - Downtown Appleton

Join us for Mile 12, JULY 31-AUGUST 3, in Downtown Appleton! 200 Artists, 40 Venues, 1 Great Mile of Music. This year will be the 12th annual Mile of Music. The free, four-day festival spanning across an approximately one-mile stretch of College Avenue consists of artists playing 100% original music. Since its start in 2013, Mile of Music has grown to be a destination for artists around the country to play and get the chance to "feel famous for a weekend," Nashville-based musician and Mile of Music regular Jamie Kent told the Post-Crescent earlier this year. The festival continues to garner attention, and was even recently featured in Rolling Stone magazine. Past years have had an estimated tens of thousands of festival attendees. The festival showcases emerging artists from around the world and takes place in a walkable area with restaurants, coffee shops, retailers, and local-famous taprooms.

GOLF: Chaska Golf Course

Chaska Golf Course is located in Greenville, Wisconsin and opened to the public in May of 1975. Our Native American name means Great White Deer. Designed by renowned golf course architect Larry Packard, Chaska Golf Course encompasses over 200 acres with professionally designed tees, bunkers, fairways and greens. Our beautiful golf course has the three top characteristics a perfect golf course should have – woods, wind and water.

GOLF: Winagamie Golf Course

Winagamie Golf Course is ideally situated on the west side of Wisconsin’s beautiful Fox River Valley. It features sweeping, magnificent views in all directions. GOLF: Butte des Morts Country Club

Originally a vast swath of rich farmland, the acres that now make up Butte des Morts Golf Course were reimagined and meticulously designed by famed Chicago golf course architect W.C. Jackson. Upon completion and approval of the course design in spring of 1924 longtime greenskeeper, Jack Taylor spread the first grass seed on what would evolve into one of the state’s finest courses. Set against sloping hills, wooded terrain and a picturesque landscape, BDM’s private golf course offers 18 of the most stimulating holes challenging golfers of every age and skill level.
