Camper Arrival

4:00 pm - 11:45 pm

Make a weekend out of it and arrive on Friday if you choose! The grounds are open and available if you'd like to camp Friday night. If you plan on setting up a campsite on Saturday, please arrive before 3:30pm to allow enough time to set up before the ceremony! There are a few limited powered RV sites available on a first come first serve basis. Get in touch with us when you RSVP to reserve! If you need to bring power, please bring a quiet generator. Remember that this is our friend's home. Bring trash bags and take all trash with you at the end of the weekend. Please leave it better than you found it!

Ceremony & Reception

4:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Casual Cocktail: The ceremony and reception will be held outdoors, so plan your shoes accordingly.

Ceremony : 4:30pm-5:00pm Reception : 5:00pm-10:00pm Please let us know if you plan on camping at the venue, either in an RV or tent camping!

Pot Luck Brunch

10:30 am

Anyone that has been to Alder Creek, knows that it's famous for it's post-festival pot luck brunches! Bring your favorite brunch dish or beverage to share! Brunch will be hosted in the Sugar Shack (that's the building up the hill and behind the barn). There is an oven if your dish needs to be heated up. Who's bringing the mimosas and bloody Marys?! Let's celebrate and send everyone off with full bellies and hearts! ❤️
